Quick start

Up and running in 5 minutes

Creates and sends documents, quotes and e-signatures straight from Pipedrive. Set it up like this:

  1. Open PipeDoc in the partner portal and click Install.
  2. Authorize Pipedrive (OAuth) – deals, persons and products are read.
  3. Check fields in the mapping panel and pick a template.
  4. Create your first document from a deal and hit "Send".

Done – the recipient gets a document link, optionally with e-signature.

Permissions & GDPR

  • deals:read — read deal data to populate documents
  • contacts:read — read recipient/company data for the document
  • products:read — read items and prices for quote line items

Data flows

  • Deal, person and product data is read to generate the document.
  • Stored are the generated document, the send status and the signature audit trail.
  • Payment data goes directly through Stripe; PipeDoc never touches card data.

  • Hetzner Online GmbH (Falkenstein, DE) — hosting of the processing
  • Stripe Payments Europe Ltd. (Dublin, IE) — subscription billing and in-document payments

FAQ

Is the variable mapping reliable? +

Yes – fields are mapped explicitly and errors are surfaced instead of failing silently.

Are quote totals trustworthy? +

Yes. Prices and totals are recalculated server-side, never trusted from the client.

Is the e-signature legally binding? +

PipeDoc provides a tool with a tamper-proof audit trail; the legal assessment stays with you.
