Who is behind CRMBooster
CRMBooster is a product of Stoerkens GmbH, based in Ottobrunn near Munich, Germany. The company is registered with the Munich local court under HRB 207570; managing director is Andreas Stoll. Full details are in the imprint.
We build for the German market, and that shapes the product: DATEV, statutory e-invoicing and the German GoBD record-keeping rules are requirements few international vendors take seriously — yet they decide whether an integration holds up in daily use.
What we build
Extensions for Pipedrive in four areas: accounting and tax connectivity, CRM data quality, documents and quotes, and reporting and forecasting. Each plugin is available separately on a monthly basis; bundles cost less than buying individually. The plugin catalog shows the current state, including plugins still in development.
What we do not build: a universal platform connecting everything to everything. For generic wiring there are low-code automation platforms. Our contribution is where domain logic is required — chart of accounts, tax rules, format requirements.
Why Pipedrive specifically
Because focus beats breadth. A vendor serving twelve CRM systems at once cannot know any of them properly. Pipedrive has an open, well-documented API and a pragmatic user base — both fit what we build.
How we handle data
Every plugin comes with a GDPR data sheet in the documentation. It states which permissions are requested and why, in which direction data flows, which fields are explicitly not transferred, and which sub-processors are involved.
This is deliberately verifiable. "GDPR-compliant" is a claim anyone can make. A data sheet listing permissions and data flows individually can be checked against reality — and you should do exactly that, with us as with any vendor.
Processing takes place in the EU; transmission is encrypted.
How we work with partners
Part of our business runs through partners — agencies and consultancies that introduce Pipedrive to their clients. They get a shop under their own brand and a recurring share of their clients' subscriptions. The client relationship stays with the partner; we handle product support. Details are in the partner program.
