DATEV Connector
Available in 2027Hand Pipedrive deals and invoices to DATEV with no manual re-typing.
Planned setup — not available yet
DATEV Connector is meant to connect Pipedrive and DATEV Unternehmen online. The setup is planned like this:
- Open DATEV Connector in the partner portal and click Install.
- Authorize Pipedrive (OAuth) — only deals, organizations and products are read.
- Enter your DATEV client number and the ledger-account mapping.
- Export a first test document and verify it in DATEV.
DATEV Connector is not available yet — 2027 at the earliest.

Permissions & GDPR
These Pipedrive permissions are requested:
deals:read— title, value, status and products of won dealsorganizations:read— company name, address and VAT ID for the documentproducts:read— items and prices for the line entries
Data flows
Document data flows one way, Pipedrive → DATEV. No contact e-mails or notes are transferred. Transport over TLS 1.2+, processing in the EU (Frankfurt).

FAQ
Is customer data stored in the cloud? +
No. Documents are processed in transit; after a successful export only log metadata (document ID, timestamp) is kept.
Can I map ledger accounts per product? +
Yes, in the mapping step of setup — SKR03 and SKR04 are supported.
What happens on an export error? +
The document lands in the error log and can be re-exported after correction with no duplicate.
